The Services You Need — When You Need Them.

The long-established model of in-home care is time based: we provide care for a set number of hours during which our caregiver is present in your home. However, if your needs do not require a caregiver to be present continuously, Home Care Your Way - an intermittent, task-based approach to home care - may be a more affordable and efficient solution.

Home Care Your Way

With Home Care Your Way, our caregivers arrive on a planned schedule, complete a predetermined number of services, and, when the job is done, leave for their next assignment. The schedule – both days and hours – is tailored to your specific needs. Some services, such as a check-in and medication reminders, may be required every day. Laundry and grocery shopping, on the other hand, might be weekly. The number of times our caregiver visits your home depends on your needs. For some individuals one visit a day is sufficient, others may need several.
